First of all, you are pinkwashing Israel, which is a typical plank of the Zionist agenda. This post by a queer Palestinian takes your points down completely. And as for your first point, pax-arabica sums it up perfectly in this post:
There seems to be some confusion about a couple of things that I’d like to clarify.
When pro-Israelis say that Israel “provides” Gaza and the West Bank with water and electricity, it’s in the same way that your local store “provides” you with groceries. They sell them electricity and water.
It’s also worth mentioning that the majority of the water provided to Palestinians comes from water aquifers in the West Bank. i.e. they forbid us from drilling for water and sell us water extracted from Palestinian lands.
If you listen only to pro-Israelis, you’d think that Israel provides everything to Palestinians for free.
Israel does no such thing, despite the fact that as an occupier it has responsibilities towards the occupied population, but even the administrative occupational costs are taken directly from Palestinian tax returns that Israel collects as per the Paris accord of the Oslo agreement.
We fund our own occupation.

Todd Lockwood's amazing animations of dragons in flight. The red dragon is conventional - if any dragon can be considered conventional - but the gold dragon with that extraordinary wing and helix-ripple, not at all…
I just spent ten minutes staring at these. Thank you Todd!
I love me some gold dragon wings
